GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• For all the writing events, paper will be provides by the organizers.
• Participants have to bring their own pen, pencils, scale, eraser etc., necessary.
• No mobile phone or extra papers will be allowed.
• One participant can participate only in one event at a time.
• Participants will be chargedRs50 per head for participating in any listed event.
• Participants of debate will be charged Rs50 per head.
